What I like best of the swimming pool is many features: it is very well built, very strong, very good materials. Essig Pools was the most professional, the best variety of options. They are so friendly, so professional, very good people to work with, and very flexible. That is why I decided to go with them and I do not regret that. Go with Essig; the best experience.
They (Essig Pools) were one of a few pool builders in south Florida that belonged to a (pool building) society (AuqaTech). That was a reason we chose Essig Pools. They took the time to show you how their pool was built. They won first place from the associated swimming pool industries of Florida for their elite pool.

From Day One, we felt good about Essig Pools. As we watched the construction process, we were amazed at the professional manner and timeliness of each phase. By the time the pool was completed, we were confident we had chosen the right company and that Essig would stand by their work. That qualifies as an amazing feat considering this is South Florida!
The show-how technician, Joe, was so patient with us while we took pages of notes and hung on every word he said. He was with us over 3 hours and did not leave until we were completely confident in how to operate our new pool. In addition, he promptly insured our vacuum hose that was crimped and a missing sticker on the equipment was corrected the very next day. Who expects that kind of service these days?? Mr. Essig, you have a well oiled machine e and from where we sit? We would not hesitate to do business with Essig Pools in the future, and would be pleased to provide a reference to any customer considering g a contract with your company.

Well, we passed our final yesterday. I want to thank all of you from Jason, to Galen, Carla to Darcy, Derek, Steve, and Randy, you all did a great job. When I signed a contract on July 24, 2002, I made one request, that the pool be complete by January 19, my daughter?s 11th birthday. The pool was her 11th birthday gift. Well, they plastered on Friday, January 17, polished it Saturday, January 18, I dropped a hose in at 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 18 and it was filled by the time she came home at noon on January 19 for her birthday party. One of the greatest moments was seeing her eyes light up when she saw her ?new pool? that day. Thank you all so very much. I sincerely appreciate each one of you for making this wonderful present from a loving father to his little girl come true.

The engineering feat you performed in realizing my design idea of the raised waterfall over our pool was brilliant. We had more than a few detractors who said that your solution of re-circulating the water in the existing pool would never work. We had other recommendations that we had to drill a hole in the side of the pool to connect the waterfall with the original source of water in the pool. Not only was your solution economical, but it also saved us time, saved us from making a mess, and saved us from possible future problems. I would like to take a moment of your time to express my profound respect and appreciation for a member of your sales force, Mrs. Louann Leveroni. Tomorrow, I am going to sign a contract for what is to me a significant amount of money. Louann and doesn?t know this yet. The fact is I was sold the first time we discussed the details. Nevertheless, I felt that given the sum involved, I owed it to myself to seek out other bids all the while knowing it would likely be a waste of time. It was. I first met with Louann about a month ago to discuss my plans. I was quite honestly overwhelmed with her professional demeanor, concise and knowledgeable presentation of available options, and her un-pressured sales technique. Many times then and since, her honesty and integrity were self evident and unquestionable. When she was unsure of something, she said so and was quick to get the desired information to me. When I would mention an option I became aware of elsewhere, or a comment about Essig Pools from one of your competitors, her response was fair, measured and never derogatory. It seemed to me that she was so confident in the value and quality of her product that condescending remarks were not necessary. Clearly, you must personally select the sales staff given the importance of this position in such a highly competitive market. If people like Louann are representative of your workforce, then I am honestly looking forward to meeting the rest of your team over the next few months. We recently had our pool refinished by your company. I am writing to let you know what a fine job we feel your company has done. I was not home when the work was begun; when I arrived it was almost completed. I asked the workmen if I was going to like it and their reply was that I was going to love it. When Bob Lipoff first spoke to me, he estimated the job would take 3-4 months. The machinery arrived to begin digging on December 1, 1994. On January 31, 1995 the pool was finished! Mr. Dan Essig built our pool last April. We have been very pleased with Essig pool and with Dan Essig himself. He is extremely knowledgeable about pool design and construction, and our pool shows at. There are virtually no flaws, and any changes which we asked him to make, were made without hesitation. Dan is easy to work with and takes pride in his pools. He was always available to us throughout the construction of the pool. He is extremely competent in his field and would be an asset to have on any teaching staff. We highly recommend him as an constructor and would recommend his pool company to anyone as well.
I would like to thank you once again, for demonstrating a high level of professionalism and competence that you and your company have shown me. In February 1991, if you may recall, were finishing my pool for me, which I must say was a job without fail. Both in the finish work and your staff attitude. I must, however, remind you of the impact your dedication to customer satisfaction after the sale has taken on me. With only six months on my new finish, and it began to show signs of scores or pitting, most probably due to the incompetence of my pool service company. But as you said, nobody can say that for sure. To my pleasant surprise, you sent your crew out this week, and completely refinished my pool again for me, without any charge, and most of all, without any argument. Although there was maybe a 50% chance that was a perspective finish, you chose to keep me happy, therefore keeping me a customer. I would like you and everyone else who may consider a refinished or newly installed pool, to note that you have a very admirable policy, and quality of work, not very often demonstrated these days.
Jason was a joy to work with. He answered all phone calls and questions promptly ? and took responsibility for everything. He is a great asset to your company.
We couldn?t be more pleased with our new screen enclosure, it?s fantastic, and we?re telling everyone we know that Essig Pools is the place to call if they ever need a screen enclosure. We didn?t know who to call or who to trust, some companies I talked to didn?t want to get involved, some didn?t sound any better than what we had. Jen?s willingness to write a letter about what he found wrong with the screen enclosure built by the other company helped us get out from under our general contractor, and as it finally ended, we were not have any money. Ed was super patient with all my requests and questions. You all really went out of your way to help me, and have been so very patient, and I want to apologize for being such a bother, but after everything that our ex-general contractor and the nerds at building and zoning put me through, I?m afraid I became a bit paranoid. It?s terrible to be wondering who you can trust, but I know I can get over that now, thanks to all of you.
I wanted you to know that I just received the news that the above referenced permit was finalized. Many times we are quick and eager to write letters to complain, but do not do the same when something has been done well and efficiently. I am not quite sure how much involvement you had in this, but wanted to thank you for taking care of my problem. As usual, Essig Pools came through for me. Now that everything has been completed, rest assured that anyone who asked me for a reference regarding who to go to for the construction of a pool, I will tell them that Essig is the way to go. Please feel free to use me as a reference, if you should need to.
